Registration is by phone number only and is for people aged 18 or older. One account per phone number.

Money (TZS)

• New customer balance: TZS 0.00
• Deposit: min TZS 100,000 · max TZS 3,000,000
• Withdraw: min TZS 200,000 · max TZS 8,000,000
• Withdraw fee: 2%
• Withholding Tax on winnings: 12%
• Withdrawals go only to the registered phone number, and it cannot be changed.

Odds and matches

• Odds don't change after a bet is placed (fixed odds).
• Live 1X2 odds are capped between 1.01 and 4.50.
• Match lifecycle: Upcoming → Live → HT → FT.

Betslips and payments

• Bet ID and Booking Code are two different things.
• Winnings are paid out only once, after FT.
• Cashout is available for OPEN/LIVE betslips only; it's REQUEST then ACCEPT or CANCEL, and there's no double payout.
